Shri Atul Chaturvedi is an IAS officer with 37 years of administrative experience who retired as Secretary to the Government of India in July 2022. He has held key portfolios with the Government of India and the State Government of Assam, serving Indian interests with demonstrable expertise in driving investments, ensuring financial prudence, and promoting legal compliance across various sectors. His notable accomplishments include steering Government initiatives for citizen empowerment through entrepreneurship and wealth creation; implementing policy visions such as 'Incredible India', 'Make in India', 'Start-up India', 'Invest India', and Childline 1098 Helpline; representing India at multinational and global forums, including the United Nations; leading delegations at international conferences; regularly contributing to journals and periodicals; and spearheading initiatives across multiple industries. Shri Chaturvedi joined the National Company Law Tribunal as a Member on 18.11.2022.
