Shri Praveen Gupta joined the National Company Law Tribunal as a Judicial Member on 18 November 2022. He comes from the Bar and has vast knowledge and experience in the field of law. Prior to his appointment, he primarily practised on the civil side, dealing with matters under the writ jurisdiction of the High Courts, Second Appeals, Revisions, Company matters under the Companies Act, 1956, and matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and the Companies Act, 2013.
